Route check
In-person or assisted online, based on where you are.
Needed for a visa, foreign work permit, or emigration. We handle the full SAPS process for you, or guide you through the online application if you’d rather apply yourself. Available whether you’re in South Africa or already abroad.
Police clearances fail when small details are missed. We structure the process around the actual handoffs: route confirmation, fingerprints, SAPS submission, tracking, courier and document follow-up.
In-person or assisted online, based on where you are.
Appointment guidance and accredited service coordination.
Forms checked before they create avoidable delays.
Submission and progress tracking through completion.
DIRCO apostille guidance when your destination needs it.
Local courier or international delivery coordination.
“Your police clearance is often the last document standing between you and the life you are building abroad.”
We check where you are, why the PCC is needed, and whether an in-person or assisted route suits your situation.
We guide the fingerprint step through SAPS or an accredited provider if you are already outside South Africa.
Your application is submitted to the SAPS Criminal Record Centre, then tracked so you know where things stand.
Once issued, your certificate is collected, couriered locally, or shipped internationally depending on your need.
SAPS does offer a direct online PCC application route, and if you’d rather submit it yourself, we can guide you through it rather than take it over completely. This assisted-online service is for people who want to keep control of the process but don’t want to risk a rejected submission over a formatting error or missing document.
We’ll walk you through creating your SAPS online profile, help you prepare your fingerprint form correctly, check your supporting documents before you upload them, and flag anything likely to cause a delay. You submit the application yourself, on your own timeline, with us on hand if you get stuck. It costs less than our fully managed service and suits applicants who are comfortable online but want a second pair of eyes before they hit submit.
We review the route and paperwork upfront so avoidable errors are caught before submission.
Local applicants and South Africans abroad get a practical path for fingerprints, submission and delivery.
SAPS controls the processing time, so we give realistic guidance and keep you updated without overpromising.
Typically 4 to 8 weeks through SAPS, though this can extend during high-volume periods. We track your application and update you as soon as there’s movement, rather than leaving you guessing.
Yes. We regularly assist applicants who are abroad, coordinating fingerprinting through accredited services in your country of residence and handling submission and courier delivery from South Africa.
With the full service, we manage the entire process on your behalf from start to finish. With assisted-online, you submit the SAPS application yourself and we guide, check, and support you through it. Both end in the same certificate, the difference is how hands-on you want to be.
Some destinations require your PCC to carry an apostille or DIRCO legalisation stamp before it’s accepted. We’ll tell you if this applies to your destination and can arrange it as part of your service.
No one can guarantee faster SAPS turnaround, it’s a government process outside any provider’s control. What we can guarantee is that your application is submitted correctly the first time, which avoids the most common cause of extra delay: resubmission.
Tell us your situation, wherever you are in the world, and we’ll tell you the right process and timeline.
